Role: Senior Solutions Manager 


Description (About the Role): We are looking for an Solutions Manager – Digital Analytics to lead a cross-functional team of implementation engineers and digital analysts. In this role, you will own the strategy, implementation, governance, and optimization of digital measurement frameworks across web and mobile ecosystems. You will guide the technical implementation of analytics and tagging solutions, ensure data quality, and partner closely with product, marketing, and business stakeholders to enable reliable, privacy-compliant data-driven decision making.


This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on expertise with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics), Tag Management Systems, and front-end instrumentation — and is now ready to lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics engineering team.

Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
•    Manage and mentor a team of analytics engineers, tag implementation specialists, and digital analysts.
•    Drive team performance through goal-setting, upskilling, structured feedback, and coaching.
•    Lead hiring, resource planning, and capability building across analytics technologies.


Digital Analytics Engineering
•    Own the architecture and implementation of web and app analytics tracking, including GA4 / Adobe Analytics.
•    Oversee Tag Management System (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch) implementations and governance across accounts.
•    Lead Generative AI based value driving initiatives including productivity enhancing automations.
•    Design and review data layers, custom event schemas, and tracking frameworks.
•    Ensure high standards for QA, validation, debugging, and data integrity across platforms.
•    Collaborate with product & engineering teams to embed analytics tracking into feature development lifecycle.


Measurement Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration
•    Work with business stakeholders to translate measurement needs into technical implementation requirements.
•    Ensure alignment on KPIs, data definitions, and reporting standards.
•    Guide analysts in building dashboards and insights that drive optimization.
•    Serve as a subject-matter expert on digital measurement, attribution, and data privacy compliance.


Operational Excellence
•    Standardize tagging methodologies, documentation, and governance practices.
•    Champion automation, reusable tagging libraries, and scalable tracking frameworks.
•    Ensure compliance with privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, Consent Management, etc.).


Required Qualifications
•    7–12 years of experience in Digital Analytics, including at least 2+ years leading teams.
•    Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics (Universal Analytics & GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
•    Strong experience with Tag Management Systems such as GTM, Tealium, Adobe Launch, or similar.
•    Ability to design, review, and troubleshoot data layers and event architectures.
•    Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser behavior, and debugging tools.
•    Familiarity with BigQuery / SQL or similar data warehouse querying.
•    Experience working in Agile, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.


Nice to Have
•    Experience with customer data platforms (e.g., Segment, mParticle).
•    Exposure to A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO).
•    Experience integrating analytics with dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, Tableau).
•    Understanding of server-side tagging and conversion APIs.


Education
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
