Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Addressing user and business needs while considering design and technology constraints, and making conscious trade-offs at all times.

Partnering with internal and external CX/UX business units to ensure a cohesive and coherent user experience across products and service lines.

Enhancing team capabilities and pursuing self-driven learning goals while carving out your niche career path.

Ensuring best practices and fostering a culture of unity and collaboration within and across teams.

Leading design ideation sessions with clear agendas and providing execution plans, consulting, and adapting established frameworks.

Suggesting data-driven and tested improvement plans when required.

Providing timelines, reviewing development outcomes, and foreseeing risks and trade-offs that could impact design during the release journey within the SDLC-defined SOP.

Presenting quick concept workflows and iterating with a purpose-driven mindset while embracing input from other functional teams.

Deriving design expectations from think-aloud sessions (discovery and define phases) and collaborating with business stakeholders to create a vision and execution map.

Creating high-fidelity, development-ready design deliverables that clearly communicate design specifications and preparing design-to-development handoff documents for developers.
Must Have
-
Portfolio showcasing your User-Centered Design (UCD) processes that led to measurable business outcomes.

Experience designing for multiple form factors (a strong plus).

Excellent systems thinking skills, with experience building products that uphold best practices in accessibility, brand alignment, scalability, and mature design frameworks.

A portfolio demonstrating collaborative and iterative design processes that were measured and reported for improved outcomes.

5+ years of digital product design experience, with strong problem-solving ability and proficiency in visual and interactive prototyping.

Experience managing design systems.

Ability to measure user experience, identify and evaluate user journeys, and present supportive situational examples within your portfolio.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.

A precise and engaging storyteller who can communicate design decisions effectively.
