Sr. UI/UX Designer
We’re looking for a highly skilled Sr. UI/UX Designer with strong experience in design systems and graphic design to lead website design projects and support brand-driven creative execution. In this role, you’ll craft visually compelling and user-centered digital experiences while ensuring design consistency across platforms, products, and marketing assets.
What You’ll Do
•    Design high-fidelity website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes that are responsive, accessible, and aligned to business goals.
•    Use and evolve our design system by creating scalable components and documentation.
•    Develop high-quality visual and graphic design materials including marketing creatives, social content, presentations, and campaign assets.
•    Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and brand expression across digital and offline channels.
•    Collaborate with PM, UX team, development, and content teams to align strategy and execution.
•    Review UI implementation, maintain brand quality, and support accessibility (WCAG preferred).
•    Mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving design standards and processes.

What You Bring
•    6+ years of experience in UI/UX and Visual/Graphic Design, including work with design systems.
•    Expert proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
•    Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, accessibility, and responsive design.
•    A portfolio showcasing web design, design system usage, and visual design craftsmanship.
•    Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
