Must Have

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences across enterprise and AI driven healthcare solutions. Your work will directly influence how users interact with complex systems, making them more intuitive, efficient, and meaningful. You will contribute across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, helping create scalable and user centered solutions.

Must have:

· 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably working on enterprise products or complex platforms
· Strong portfolio showcasing end to end design process, problem solving, and measurable impact
· Experience designing for data heavy interfaces such as dashboards, workflows, or enterprise applications
· Understanding of user centered design principles and ability to apply them in real world scenarios
· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
· Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross functional teams
· Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams
· Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail in interaction and visual design

Good to have:

· Exposure to GenAI driven experiences such as conversational interfaces, AI assisted workflows, or intelligent systems
· Experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences domain
· Familiarity with design systems and component based design approaches
· Basic understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
