Role:  Snowflake Lead


Description: 
•    As a Snowflake Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data platforms using Snowflake. You will define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with business goals. Your role will focus on leveraging Snowflake’s advanced capabilities to build scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and data science initiatives. 
•    We are seeking a visionary Snowflake Lead with deep expertise in Snowflake Cortex AI, agentic AI workflows, and data engineering accelerators.
•    This role will lead the design and deployment of intelligent, autonomous data solutions using Snowflake's Cortex platform, integrating GenAI, LLMs, and advanced analytics into scalable enterprise platforms.


Skills:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required.
•    At least 6-8 years of total experience in data development and solutions in highly complex data environments with large data volumes.
•    At least 3 years of experience developing data pipelines and data warehousing solutions using Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy  etc.
•    Experience with developing solutions using Snowflake Cortex Analyst, Cortex AI, Search Services
•    Lifescience experience is required
•    Familiarity with Snowflake’s architecture, including virtual warehouses, data storage layers, and compute scaling.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Define and own the end-to-end architecture of data platforms built on Snowflake, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.
•    Design and implement data lakehouse architectures using Snowflake’s native features such as Streams, Tasks, Materialized Views, and External Tables.
•    Establish best practices for data governance, security, and access control using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Secure Views, and Row-Level Security.
•    Architect scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and Python, integrating with orchestration tools like Airflow etx.
•    Lead integration of Snowflake with enterprise systems such as data catalogs, data quality frameworks, monitoring tools, and BI platforms.
•    Design and deploy GenAI applications grounded in enterprise data using Cortex Analyst and Cortex Search.
•    Build intelligent agents for document analysis, multimodal data processing, and contextual information synthesis.
•    Develop reusable AI accelerators for semantic search, natural language querying, and document intelligence.
•    Integrate AI into data engineering workflows for intelligent transformation, enrichment, and quality assurance.
•    Architect scalable Snowflake environments with embedded Cortex AI capabilities and optimized performance.
•    Apply ML models and GenAI techniques including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and multi-agent orchestration.
•    Ensure secure deployment of AI applications with unified governance, RBAC, and data privacy compliance.
•    Monitor and optimize AI workloads using Snowflake's observability tools and performance metrics.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and data strategy.
•    Provide technical leadership and guidance on Snowflake Cortex features, best practices, and innovation roadmap
