Role: Software Engineer 

 
Job Description: You will be responsible for: 

Administration, analysis, design, development, user support and maintenance of Customer Data Platforms like SF Audience 360, Tealium AudienceStream etc. 
Configure business rules and logic in Customer Data Platform (CDP) 
Configure upstream and downstream connections in Customer Data Platform (CDP) with outside systems 
Support business analyst in preparation of functional documents; collaborate to refine and prioritize requirements 
Work with internal & external teams to analyze gaps in the data & perform necessary analysis to recommend go-through implementation plan 
Perform Proof of Concepts on CDP and enabled connections with other platforms like AWS Pinpoint, Oracle cloud, SFMC. 
Test data efficacy, events and use case success 
Manage timelines vis-à-vis those committed to clients 
Perform stakeholder management 

 

Desired Profile:

Overall 3+ years of experience with at least 1 years of experience in implementing various use cases in Customer Data Platform (CDP) 
Hands on experience of working on Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like  Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce data cloud etc 
Working knowledge of how to configure data attributes, profile unification and segmentation rules within CDP 
Working knowledge of configuring connectors for inbound and outbound data feeds in CDP from source and destination systems respectively 
Certifications in Sales Force Audience 360 or Tealium AudienceStream 

 

 

Nice to have: (Additional desired qualities) 

Prior Pharma experience 
Hands on experience of configuring any one of the various Tag management tools like Google Tag Manager, Tealium IQ or Adobe Launch 
Hands-on experience with the downstream Site Analytics engines and marketing automation engines e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sales Force Marketing Cloud and social media platforms e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr 
Understanding of different integration methodologies / techniques to build custom APIs for integrations between CDP and source systems 
A good grasp on SQL and python
