Responsibilities:

Architect scalable, robust, and innovative solutions across various domains, including AI/ML-based applications
Lead and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills
Design and implement cloud-based SaaS applications using AWS services
Stay current with the latest technologies in software engineering and AI/ML
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and system design
Contribute to the company's technical strategy and vision.

Requirements:

BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
12-15 years of hands-on software development experience
Proven track record of architecting multiple scalable solutions across domains, including 1-2 AI/ML-based solutions
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Gen-AI technologies
Expertise in full-stack development, including:
Back-end: Node.js, Python
Front-end: Angular.js, React.js
Databases: Oracle, MySQL, Redis
Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services
Proficiency in building cloud-based SaaS applications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks
Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Contributions to open-source projects or technical publication
