Role: Solutioning Lead - Commercial Excellence

 

Job Description: You will be responsible to 
•    Supporting the design and construction of commercial solutions for complex, strategic accounts — understanding client context, shaping the right offering construct, and ensuring the solution holds up to scrutiny
•    Translating strategic thinking from senior leaders into executable GTM proposals — bridging the gap between what a client needs and what the business can deliver
•    Building capability narratives — articulating what a practice does, why it matters to a specific client, and how it differentiates in a competitive situation
•    Supporting leadership preparation for high-stakes client and internal meetings — background research, talking points, and positioning framing
•    Developing and refining deal constructs — not just what is being sold but how it is packaged, sequenced, and priced for the account context
•    Contributing to GTM evolution — identifying patterns across deals and accounts that can sharpen how the team goes to market over time
•    Building your own solutioning capability intentionally — this is a role with a destination, not just a function


Desired Profile: 
•    MBA from a recognized institution 
•    4–6 years post-MBA experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, pre-sales solutioning, or strategic GTM roles 
•    Demonstrated ability to structure a complex commercial problem — breaking ambiguity into a clear framing, a solution construct, and a client-ready narrative 
•    Experience developing or contributing to proposals, pitches, or capability narratives for senior stakeholders 
•    Strong strategic thinking — can hold the "so what" in mind while working through the detail 
•    Active daily use of GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent) 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication — the work product here is thinking made visible, and it needs to be sharp
