The role will work closely with regional leaders, managers, employees, and HR teams to drive day-to-day HR business partnering support across talent management, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, learning coordination, employee experience, and HR operations. This draft aligns to internal role constructs that describe regional HR support in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, engagement and culture, and HR operations/compliance.

  • Support talent management processes such as performance cycles, check-ins, talent reviews, employee development actions, retention conversations, and follow-through on people interventions. Internal role materials explicitly mention “Talent Management,” “lead people interventions,” “develop people at all levels,” and “track metrics to make data-driven decisions.”
  • Support employee relations matters by addressing employee queries, coordinating case handling, maintaining documentation, and partnering with senior HR / Legal / HR Ops teams where required. Internal regional HR structures explicitly reference “regional employee relations” and “HR compliance.”
  • Help managers navigate employee issues with the right balance of empathy, policy adherence, and business context. Internal role constructs position the regional HR role around company touchpoints, employee satisfaction, and compliance support.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires in the supported regions, including pre-joining coordination, documentation tracking, stakeholder alignment, and new-joiner experience support.
  • Coordinate learning and development interventions for the supported regions, including nomination tracking, learning calendars, manager follow-ups, and completion tracking.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports related to onboarding, exits, employee relations cases, talent actions, and learning participation to provide visibility to HR leaders and business stakeholders. Internal regional HR descriptions explicitly mention dashboards/reporting and use of data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and provide leadership insights
