Role: Sr DAM Techno Functional Consultant 


Description: You will be responsible for:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Functional Consultant with a strong background in Digital Asset Management (DAM), pharma marketing, and change management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in consultative selling, business assessments, and end-to-end functional implementation of DAM platforms such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, Aprimo, or similar systems within the pharmaceutical domain.


Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead functional consulting engagements for DAM implementations across pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. 
• Conduct business process assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather requirements. 
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. 
• Serve as a trusted advisor by applying consultative selling techniques to guide clients toward scalable solutions. 
• Collaborate with business, compliance, medical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP). 
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and adoption tracking. 
• Support UAT, documentation, SOP creation, and post-go-live optimization. 
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant / DAM Consultant, preferably in pharmaceutical marketing. 
• Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, Aprimo, AEM, etc.). 
• Proven expertise in change management for digital transformation initiatives. 
• Experience in consultative selling and stakeholder engagement, especially within pharma/life sciences. 
• Familiarity with compliance workflows, asset lifecycle management, and MLR review processes. 
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops with global stakeholders. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. 


Preferred Qualifications: 
• Experience with global DAM rollouts across LOCs/regions. 
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Veeva Vault, or Agile methodologies. 
• Knowledge of CRM systems and content approval workflows in pharma. 
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum or hybrid project delivery models. 


Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
