Job Title: Sr. Market Research Coordinator


Job Description: The Sr. Market Research Coordinator supports a team of market researchers by managing research projects from ideation through to actionable insights. This role includes vendor and stakeholder management, creating briefs, and presenting findings. The MR Coordinator will also ensure smooth communication, manage schedules, and organize meetings while assisting in data collection and analysis.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Market Research Managers and team members to understand project needs and objectives. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed, handling inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders and external partners.
•    Project Coordination: Oversee and track the progress of market research projects to ensure timely completion. Manage all aspects of project management including ideation, brief creation, vendor management, stakeholder management, and delivery of actionable insights. Maintain project documentation such as timelines, budgets, and reports. Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders.
•    Data Management and Analysis: Support the synthesis of data, generating actionable insights and recommendations. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
•    Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence with internal departments and external partners. Ensure compliance with legal, procurement, and administrative processes.
•    Additional Responsibilities: Assist with various projects as assigned by the supervisor. Perform other duties as needed, which may include focusing on specific verticals.
•    Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Code of Business Conduct and all company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.


Desired Profile:

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•    4 to 6 years of experience in market research project management or a related field.
•    Proven experience in managing projects from ideation to presentation, including vendor and stakeholder management.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Strong understanding of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
•    Working knowledge of Qualtrics or other survey platforms is a plus.
