Role: Sr. Predictive CRM AI Analyst 


Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Predictive CRM AI Analyst to leads the design, deployment, and governance of predictive intelligence by building data‑driven scores, models, and decision logic that power sales and medical workflows. 

The resource will work closely with our internal IT, vendor and business teams and Owns predictive intelligence within LSC (e.g., next best HCP, next best message), ensuring models are accurate, compliant and embedded seamlessly into business workflows. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Owns predictive intelligence within LSC to support business use cases (e.g., next best HCP, next best message) 
Define and maintain predictive scores, rules, and thresholds used across sales, marketing, and medical workflows 
Leverage Data Cloud insights, historical CRM data, and external data to build predictive intelligence 
Collaborate with business teams to identify high-impact predictive use cases 
Work with CRM and AI teams to embed predictions into workflows (task suggestions, alerts, dashboards) 
Monitor model performance, accuracy, and business impact over time 
Ensure predictive logic comply with all internal compliance standards, medical/legal requirements, and data privacy regulations 
Support continuous improvement of models based on outcomes and feedback 
Partner with Salesforce and System Integrators on advanced predictive capabilities and roadmap features 
Provides guidance on Salesforce platform best practices across functional design and feedback. 

 

Qualifications 

4+ years of experience in data science, or advanced analytics, preferably within Salesforce ecosystem 
Experience with predictive modeling, scoring, and decision engines 
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, or CRM Analytics 
Ability to translate business problems into data-driven decision logic 
Experience in regulated industries preferred (pharma/life sciences) 
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
Salesforce certifications and Agent force experience are a plus (Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce certified business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Agent force Specialist)
