Role: Sr. SFDC BA - Emerging Markets
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SFDC BA for emerging markets to provide technical design for configuration and customization.
The resource will work closely with our internal IT, vendor and business teams and Owns configuration and customizations Design that will be required in LSC
Key Responsibilities
Review of technical designs for adherence to Salesforce platform best practices tailored to Business's needs
Act as business analyst supporting Salesforce LSC CRM implementation across countries and regions, owning configuration and customizations that will be required in LSC
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Salesforce LSC capabilities and global design standards
Ensure alignment between global CRM design and local country needs, identifying gaps, risks, and required configuration or process changes
Support fit-gap analysis between standard LSC functionalities and country requirements, recommending configuration over customization wherever possible
Collaborate closely with technical teams and Business during design, build, and testing phases
Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenario definition, defect triage, and validation of country readiness
Assist with change impact assessments and support country readiness activities
Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and governance standards in all country-specific deployments
Understands SFDC LSC future roadmap items and it impacts Viatris
Provides guidance on Salesforce platform best practices across functional design and feedback.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM or commercial technology implementations
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with understanding of sales, medical, and commercial operations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or LSC preferred) in multi-country or global deployments
Strong ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Experience working closely with System Integrators (SIs), product owners, developers, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Proven ability to translate local market needs into global CRM standards, balancing standardization with regional requirements
Experience supporting UAT, training preparation, and deployment activities across multiple markets
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work with country business users, global IT, and leadership
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce certified business Analyst)
