Agile Coaching: Mentor the in-house design team on Lean UX and Agile principles, helping designers estimate effort and manage capacity.
Engineering Alignment: Partner with technical Scrum Masters to ensure final design specs are fully groomed and ready before development sprints begin.
Facilitate Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
Remove Impediments: Actively identify and resolve blockers that halt team progress.

UX Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of user-centered design phases, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
Tooling Expertise: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Jira (for Agile tracking) and Figma (for understanding design workspace collaboration).
Communication: Exceptional collaborative and servant-leadership skills to align cross-functional product, design, and development stakeholders.
