Must Have

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design development for digital, print, and marketing assets (social media, web, presentations, banners, brochures, POS, etc.)
Interpret client briefs and business requirements into creative concepts and final designs
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all outputs
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Copywriters, Marketing teams, and Stakeholders
Review and guide the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and SLAs
Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and client discussions
Ensure designs are aligned with market, audience, and platform requirements
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good understanding of digital design, layouts, typography, and color theory
Experience in brand design and marketing communications
Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute independently
Strong attention to detail and design quality
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-market environments is a plus
