Job Summary: 

We are looking for a talented Web Lead to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. 

  

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. 

 

Job Description: 

         Experience in designing UI web applications, HTML websites, Flash Websites, Logos and Icons. 

         Translate designs and style guides into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility, performance and robustness. 

         Ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes, mock-ups, or visual comps in an iterative environment. 

         Work on module players and upgrade the versions as and when required. 

         Guide the team on tools, techniques, software’s, knowledge of multiple media and helps them apply them in developing creative outputs as required. 

         Responsible to produce high-quality deliverables across independently, to meet CSAT. 

         Responsible to provide solutions proactively, identifying problems wherever required without the help of leads. 

         Champions, guide and train the teams to follow the best practices followed in the department regarding - processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements. 

         Interacts with clients under guidance on assigned projects by following the various best practices within the department. 

         Compliance to quality, confidentiality and security: 

         Execute and propel quality systems, processes and policies. 

         Liase with internal auditors to follow and ensure execution of corrective action and compliance to specification. 

         Comply to training and specifications 

 

Desired Skills:  

 

         6-8 Years of experience in Web Designing/Development. 

         3+ years of experience in team handling (about 5 to 8 member team). 

         Strong Experience in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML 4.0/HTML 5.0, CSS 3, JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT 

         Excellent communication and working collaboratively with cross functional teams  

         Ability to mentor and guide teams to deliver quality output on time 

         Ability to partner with PM teams to perform work planning and own the delivery end-to-end. 

         Lead by example on any deliveries, as needed to drive trouble-shooting of problems, work along with engineering team to find solutions proactively to achieve quality and timeline objectives. 

         Eagerness to learn updated technologies used in Indegene and apply the same in delivery.
