Job Title: Lead Consultant
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the pharmaceutical domain along with solid project management capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with clients to drive project execution, ensure delivery excellence, and support strategic initiatives.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and contributing to innovative solutions, including emerging areas like Generative AI.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver projects within the pharmaceutical domain, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
• Support business development initiatives, including proposal development and client presentations
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project execution
• Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in Pharma and emerging technologies like Generative AI
• Travel to client locations within the US, as required, to conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Desired Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles
• Strong experience in the pharmaceutical domain
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder handling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with global teams
• Experience or exposure to Generative AI is an added advantage
• Experience in the pharma commercial content space is an added advantage
• Prior experience working with US-based clients is preferred
• Candidates based in or near Boston will have an added advantage
