Must Have

Lead Full Stack Developer – Angular & Python (Flask)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Architect and implement responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern frontend technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs, microservices, and backend services using Python and Flask.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business, technical, and usability requirements into scalable application architectures and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and establish engineering best practices across the team.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the technology stack.
• Ensure application security, data protection, accessibility, and compliance are built into solutions by design.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure software quality.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, participate in sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmaps to support future platform growth and scalability.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering processes, frameworks, and tools.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including significant experience across both frontend and backend technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 2+ and modern frontend development practices.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications using Python and Flask.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive, browser-based web applications with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, and API integration.
• Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience building gRPC APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Apache Cassandra.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message brokers and event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery, or AWS SQS.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, clean architecture, and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in writing clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code across the full stack.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
