The CLM Manager is accountable for the digital delivery of omni-channel marketing strategies, including interactive field tactics, formulary access information and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate across marketing franchises, market access stakeholders, compliance teams, external agencies, and technical service teams to deliver business solutions on time and within budget. The CLM Manager will strategize, develop, and deliver CLM assets such as interactive sales aids, physician formulary access details, sales rep emailers, and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, business technology, compliance, external agencies, and client teams to deliver digital assets and business solutions.
• Lead the development, approval, and release of CLM assets (e.g., interactive field materials, sales aids, e-mailers).
• Manage concept reviews, content approvals, creative development, clickstream tagging, and Veeva PromoMats submissions.
• Hold regular business review meetings with senior management and stakeholders, presenting status, metrics, and process improvements.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and innovative solutions for clients.
• Refine processes to improve delivery metrics, reduce timelines, and increase client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies during digital asset implementation.
• Monitor and manage project scope, requirements, risks, resources, and timelines.
• Lead and motivate teams (on-shore/off-shore), fostering collaboration and performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing project/program management, preferably within pharma/healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in digital tools and technologies including: Veeva Vault, Veeva PromoMats, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationships, vendor partnerships, compliance, agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and adapt quickly to high-pressure situations.
