Liaison Manager

(NOTE : This is a Hybrid role in California, with 2-3 days at client location)
A: Accountablity - 
                           1. Oversee Program Management through the dedicated on-offshore teams
                           2. Enabling new service including Modular Content, Creative, Content   
                               repurpose, Medical etc with direction and agreement from DSO Leadership

                           3. Alignments with DSO Ops Leads, Brand Teams and AORs as advised by the 
                               DSO Leadership
                           4. SPOC for DSO Leadership to report on engagement health, opportunities and 
                               Escalations
                           5. Driving and meeting DSO and CPC objectives  
                           6. Delivery excellence and Operational success to achieve and BAU  
                               state for the engagement in USA


B. Responsibilities -
                           1. In consultation with Program Sponsor, plan the program based on strategic 
                               objectives and proactively track the progress.
                           2. Track and resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Work  
                                with independent and decisive mindset with minimal oversight from 
                                Program sponsor.
                           3. Drives weekly actions meeting covering all Administrative, Operations   
                               and Delivery 
                           4. SPOC for Program sponsor about all aspects of program like delivery,  
                               managing issues with external agencies etc
                            5. Support Program Sponsor in execution of key account plans for Brands
                            6. Drives adoption of Key services by DSO Ops leads
                            7. Represents DSO & CPC and positions and advances offerings to  
                                maximize value for Gilead
                            8. Ensures stakeholders are engaged based on defined comms and training  
                                plan. 
                            9. Keeps oversight on development/training plan of the delivery team.
                          10. Provides effective reporting tailored to stakeholders across the horizontal and  
                                vertical structures of the organization.
                          11. Leads a team of Onshore and offshore PMs and Tech SMEs to achieve                  
                                engagement objectives in alignment with DSO and CPC Leadership's advice
