Associate Manager – AI/ML
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead with a strong Pharma domain background and proven expertise in Data, Analytics, and Next Best Action (NBA) use cases. The role combines hands on technical leadership, solution architecture, and end to end project ownership, acting as both AI/ML Technical Lead and Technical Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will lead AI/ML initiatives from problem definition to production deployment, work closely with clients and business stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring on time, high quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end AI/ML project delivery, from problem definition to production deployment.
• Design, architect, develop, and deploy scalable, production ready ML solutions.
• Drive NBA, personalization, segmentation, forecasting, and optimization use cases.
• Act as client facing technical lead, working closely with stakeholders and business teams.
• Own project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery commitments.
• Mentor and guide junior ML engineers and data scientists.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in MLOps, model governance, and compliance.
• Communicate technical insights and business impact to senior leadership.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr ML Engineer to lead our talented team of AI/ML engineers/ AI analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and infrastructure of our data systems, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML Solutions and leveraging advanced analytics techniques to drive business value. Pharma background preferred. Team management preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
• Must have 12+ year of experience with 5+ years Project Lead
Domain & Functional
• Strong Pharma industry experience (commercial, sales & marketing, patient or medical analytics).
• Proven expertise in Next Best Action (NBA) and decisioning systems.
AI / Machine Learning
• Predictive modelling, classification, clustering, recommender systems, time series forecasting.
• Experience with models such as XGBoost, LightGBM, regression models, clustering techniques.
• Model evaluation, explainability (SHAP/LIME), and performance monitoring.
Programming & Data
• Python (advanced), SQL, PySpark
• API development using FastAPI / Flask
• Strong data engineering and feature engineering experience.
Platforms & MLOps
• Cloud platforms: AWS
• Data platforms: Databricks
• Containers & deployment: Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
GenAI (Good to Have)
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent based systems
• Vector databases and embeddings.
Tools
• Git, JIRA/Azure DevOps, Airflow/ADF
• BI tools: Power BI / Tableau
