Role: Manager : Marketing & Communication (AI)
Job Description: You will be responsible to work on the below in close collaboration with central marketing & PR teams
• Elevate Indegene's positioning as the AI-native partner of choice for life sciences clients through consistent, differentiated messaging across all touchpoints.
• Develop and own Indegene's AI transformation thought leadership content strategy — spanning white papers, POVs, executive bylines, and research reports that reinforce AI-native positioning in life sciences.
• Devise integrated campaign strategies and ensure end-to-end execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and paid media channels to generate demand and build brand equity.
• Own campaign planning and brief development, including target audience segmentation, channel mix, messaging architecture, creative direction, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, competitive positioning documents, and brand narratives for AI solutions that can be activated across sales, marketing, and PR.
• Orchestrate media activities in close partnership with Indegene's PR team to amplify AI milestones, partnerships across earned and owned media.
• Build and nurture relationships with key industry journalists, analysts, and influencers in the life sciences and enterprise technology space.
• Track and report on share of voice, media sentiment, and analyst coverage to benchmark Indegene's AI brand perception over time.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry AI trends to continuously refine and sharpen Indegene's positioning and content strategy.
• Partner with digital and creative teams for asset development, A/B testing, and continuous optimisation of campaign performance.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Indegene's AI-focused participation at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows (e.g., HIMSS, Pharma Forum, DPharm, Reuters Pharma).
• Deliver regular ROI reports to leadership with clear performance insights, recommendations, and optimization plans to continuously improve marketing efficiency.
Must have:
• MBA graduate with overall 6-10 years’ experience
• Demonstrated experience in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid, and earned media channels.
• Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, and technology marketing — with the ability to translate complex solutions into resonant narratives.
• Proven track record in thought leadership content development, including white papers, executive POVs, and research-backed assets.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on campaign ROI and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Prior exposure to PR / media relations processes and analyst engagement is a strong advantage.
• Experience planning and managing industry events and trade show participation is preferred.
