Programme Manager — Programme Execution, Operations & Workflow Optimisation
Role Summary

The Programme Manager sits at the centre of this evolution.
This role owns the execution, orchestration, and optimisation of delivery across one or more client programmes, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, predictably, and at scale.
Programme Managers operate as delivery execution leaders—combining programme leadership, operational excellence, and workflow design to build scalable, high-performing delivery models across distributed teams.
Role Purpose
Programme Managers lead how execution works.
They orchestrate people, process, and AI-enabled workflows to ensure programmes are executed with quality, efficiency, and control.
They are accountable for:
Executed the activation strategy
End-to-end programme execution
Operational performance and consistency
Workflow optimisation across human and AI-enabled delivery
Enabling offshore teams to execute at scale

Key Responsibilities
Programme Execution Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery performance across assigned programmes (timelines, quality, budget)
Lead and direct offshore PM teams across human and AI-assisted delivery pipelines
Act as the primary delivery partner to Client Services, ensuring aligned and predictable execution
Ensure delivery plans are structured, realistic, and consistently executed
Identify risks early and drive proactive mitigation
Operations & Workflow Optimisation
Identify and highlight delivery workflows across risks and optimisations to the Regional Program Director
Reengineer delivery processes by identifying where steps can be:
automated
augmented
resequenced using AI-enabled tools
Ensure offshore PM teams operate within clear, scalable delivery systems
Establish best practices that improve speed, quality, and efficiency
Drive consistency and repeatability across delivery
AI-Enabled Delivery
Operate with working fluency in AI tools as delivery infrastructure, not just efficiency aids
Design how human and agent workflows integrate across delivery
Ensure offshore teams are confident in working with AI agents as delivery partners:
directing outputs
reviewing quality
course-correcting where required
Act as the delivery voice into AI and product development, ensuring tools reflect real delivery needs
Financial & Performance Management
Own oversight of programme financial performance, including:
revenue forecasting
delivery efficiency
budget adherence
Ensure accurate financial tracking through PM teams
Identify financial risks and escalate early
Contribute to improving pricing models through delivery efficiency insights
Resourcing & Team Leadership
Lead and develop offshore PM teams, creating clarity, accountability, and high performance
Align resourcing to programme needs and delivery complexity
Act as the escalation point for delivery challenges
Build capability within teams to operate in AI-enabled delivery environments

Qualifications & Experience
5-8+ years of senior project/programme management experience in an agency or scaled delivery environment
Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream delivery across distributed teams
Strong operational and stakeholder management capability
Experience working with or integrating AI-enabled tools into delivery workflows
Comfortable leading teams where AI agents are part of the delivery ecosystem, including assessing output quality
