Job Title:                          Manager – Project Management

Job Duration :            40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job duties :

  • Define the program controls, that is the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program for Life Science Digital applications with his Digital domain and Life Science domain specialized knowledge and expertise.
  • Monthly Project level Status Walk-thru with Leadership team and align their feedback into recurring delivery cycle.
  • Organize and coordinate report data analysis to verify the quality of data in Reports.
  • Overall Program planning, monitoring & controlling.
  • Develop and manage schedule planning through work breakdown structure and monitoring status through execution.
  • Provide periodic status reports on the project health to stakeholders.
  • Apply Strategy for effective Collaborations and Stakeholder Management.
  • Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with business objectives, make recommendations to modify projects to enhance effectiveness of the overall project.
  • Conduct Ad-hoc Process Audit to ensure Delivery is followed in-line with client process.
  • Initiate critical project reviews to ensure that the project deliverables bound to the client quality standards.
  • Setup Process & Governance, Engagement Model, adapting the client environment.
  • Establish rules of partnership engagement and operational escalation procedures.
  • Monitor client’s business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase production, build operational efficiency based on the plans.
  • Keep track of the program velocity along with organization capacity to control the projects volume and delivery expectations.
  • Work closely with on-site and offshore teams to deliver projects on time while ensuring high quality.
  • Deployment of associates to the projects and teams based on their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify risks at the project level and formulate mitigation plans.
  • Manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.
  • Review all client deliverables to ensure quality delivery and initiate the project with a kick-off meeting involving all stakeholders.
  • Defining and driving strategies for smooth and timely project deliveries.
  • Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Leadership team and stakeholders.
  • Review of documents like client strategies and Program/Project Plans, Time and Cost estimates, Risk and Issue register and Mitigation plan etc.

 

Job Requirement: Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Project Management, or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Business Analyst, Program Manager, Project Manager, or related.

Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.

 

Salary Range:                 $194,334.00/Year to $195,000.00/Year
