Must Have
Deliver high-quality, balanced and timely written or verbal medical and scientific information upon
the request of health care professionals and consumers.
• Research the appropriate sources of data / information to provide a quick, accurate and thorough
response.
• Contribute to the development (research, outline, compose, review) and maintenance of standard
and custom medical information responses in various formats to address vast array of inquiries.
• Liaise with third party contact center as it relates to Compliance with workflow procedures and
standards
o Inquiries requiring escalation or customization
o Corrections resulting from quality control / case review activities
o New hire or ongoing therapeutic area/product training, as applicable
• Support the generation of therapeutic area metrics and analytics; maintains in-depth understanding
of historic trends and insights of inquiries received.
• Maintain up-to-date medical information and knowledge management systems / repositories
• Understand and effectively apply and comply with appropriate ethical, legal and regulatory
standards, including those for responding to unsolicited requests for information, on / off label
inquiries, and product promotion.
• As applicable, report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance / Drug
Safety per corporate policies.

Base Salary Range: $135k-$145k
The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including:
- Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost‑of‑labor differences)
- Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role
- Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels
What This Means for You
- The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 5).
- The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2).
- Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location.
