Job Description
Must Have
Manager Digital Strategy
Job Purpose
The Digital Strategy team helps life sciences brands design scalable, measurable, and insight-driven digital ecosystems across web, campaigns, and omnichannel engagement.
As an Associate Manager – Digital Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering data-led digital strategies spanning Tagging & Taxonomy (T&T), measurement planning, web analytics, and campaign enablement. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, marketing operations, and technology, partnering closely with clients and internal delivery teams.
We are looking for a strategic-minded professional with a "solution-first" approach to help clients bridge the gap between complex marketing operations and actionable performance insights. You will be responsible for defining measurement frameworks, governance models, and execution roadmaps, overseeing Tagging & Taxonomy (T&T) standards, and translating web analytics into strategic narratives that drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Define and deliver end-to-end digital measurement strategies aligned to brand, campaign, content, and omnichannel data objectives, ensuring clarity from business question to data activation.
Lead the design, evolution, and scale-up of Tagging & Taxonomy (T&T) frameworks across web, campaigns, and content, supporting multi-region and multi-brand use cases.
Develop measurement plans, KPI frameworks, and data capture requirements to enable analytics, reporting, personalization, and downstream activation.
Partner with implementation and engineering teams to operationalize tagging and taxonomy across GA4, GTM, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms, ensuring strategy is executed accurately.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor on web analytics and campaign tracking, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and long-term scalability.
Translate ambiguous business and marketing questions into structured data, metadata, and reporting requirements, bringing clarity and direction to complex problem spaces.
Analyse digital and campaign performance to generate actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and forward-looking hypotheses tied to business outcomes.
Define and implement governance operating models, including RACI, SOPs, intake workflows, SLAs, and change management processes to ensure sustained adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, IT, privacy, and agency partners to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution velocity.
Develop client-ready POVs, roadmaps, and recommendations, clearly articulating how data strategy enables marketing effectiveness, compliance, and scale.
Support solutioning and business development efforts, including proposal development, scope estimation, and capability storytelling for new and expanding engagements.
Own day-to-day client engagement management, acting as the primary onsite point of contact and trusted advisor to marketing, analytics, and digital leadership.
Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery, consistent standards, and strong consulting hygiene across engagements.
