Senior Director, AI Strategy- AOR Creative and Content Workflows

You will be responsible for:

To design, implement, and operationalise AI-enabled workflows across Tectonic Enterprise Creative Services, and Cult Health AOR Services, delivering measurable process improvements, capability upskilling and efficiency gains.

This role is accountable for embedding AI into live delivery environments, not exploratory or advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Enabled Workflow Design

• Review and optimise existing creative and content workflows
• Identify and implement AI-supported and automated steps
• Deliver scalable future-state operating models

2. Technology Integration

• Audit and integrate AI tools, platforms, and agents
• Align with client-mandated systems and Indegene roadmap
• Ensure interoperability and security compliance

3. CX & Knowledge Infrastructure

• Design and pilot client-specific knowledge and insight systems
• Integrate audience and performance data into creative processes

4. Measurement & Governance

• Establish AI productivity, efficiency, and margin metrics
• Develop reporting frameworks for internal and client use
• Ensure governance, auditability, and regulatory alignment

5. Capability Enablement

• Design and deliver AI training and adoption programmes
• Build certification and onboarding frameworks
• Enable agency partners and freelancer/contractor adoption

Your impact:
About you:

• 10+ years’ experience in agency, creative operations, or scaled production environments
• Proven track record of workflow optimisation and technology-led transformation
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and automation tools
• Strong stakeholder and change management capability

Desirable

• Life sciences / Pharma / healthcare industry experience
• Enterprise account delivery experience
• Prior transformation or PMO leadership
