Role: Associate Omnichannel Project Manager
Description: The Omnichannel Project Manager plays a key role within our Omnichannel Strategy & Orchestration practice and part of our omnichannel delivery framework. You will work closely with the Omnichannel Program Success Manager, other Indegene colleagues, and client teams, representing marketing strategy, campaign operations, data management, analytics and digital professionals, and report to the Senior Director - Omnichannel Delivery & Operations
You will be called on to:
1. Manage day-to-day omnichannel operations and project management, serving as primary point of contact for project-specific inquiries.
2. Partner with Omnichannel Program Success Manager to lead weekly status meeting to drive alignment and progress of projects/tactics.
3. Understand project scope and stakeholder accountability to ensure timely execution of projects.
4. Provide status updates (identify frequency and appropriate mechanisms) and monitor dependencies and deadlines.
5. Function as the authority for projects/tactics by proactively identifying risks, scenario planning and providing resolution suggestions to meet target timing.
6. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, continuously improving delivery quality.
7. Help clients envision, plan, build, and deliver customer engagements and experience through omnichannel tactics, including field, digital and traditional channels (Rep, RTE, Web, Email, SEM, Social, Media, Webinars, chat, print and direct mail, etc.)
8. Identifying strategic directions and prioritizing addressing business needs and collaborating with stakeholders to drive omnichannel excellence.
9. Develop benchmarks and KPIs for tactics in partnership with the analytics team and recommend optimizations across tactics.
10. Assessing business needs and creating requirements for omnichannel campaigns, digital analytics and content and web assets.
11. Providing guidance on client-relevant processes and facilitating approvals.
12. Consulting key business users on Omnichannel digital tactics, compliance nuances, technology platforms, channels, and customer engagement tactics.
13. Evaluating business processes and developing optimization strategies.
14. Acting as a liaison between client stakeholders, external agencies, and Indegene colleagues.
15. Onboard agency partners on ways of working, processes, and documentation
Must Have
1 Multichannel and Omnichannel marketing and digital channel experience is a must.
2. Brand launch experience, brand management, digital operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

4. Strong project management, communication and collaboration skills
5. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
6. Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in simple way.
7. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations, while explaining complex problems with simple solutions.
8. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
9. Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
10. Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
11. Understanding of marketing technology tools and strategies.
12.Minimum of 7+ years of experience in brand operations, project management or digital operations and strategy
