Senior Manager – Strategic Solutions
Development of New Offerings: Patient Engagement & Direct-to-Patient
- Research and identify emerging opportunities in patient engagement and direct-to-patient models.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Indegene to build capabilities in this space.
- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions for patient engagement.
- Act as the Go-To-Market (GTM) lead for these offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with commercial, medical, and clinical business units to refine solutions and integrate them into broader service lines.
- Define the offering, value proposition, and delivery model in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and GTM teams to take the offering to market.
- Engage with anchor customers to pilot the offering and drive initial adoption.
- Scale the offering based on feedback and market response, ensuring continuous improvement.
Strategic Solutions & Large Deal Management
- Own end-to-end large deal management including solutioning, pitching proposals, deal structuring, negotiation, and contracting.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and cross-functional teams to position Indegene as a strategic partner for clients.
- Lead proposal defense and client presentations in partnership with SMEs and technology teams.
- Drive awareness of Indegene’s multi-dimensional capabilities through workshops and thought leadership initiatives.
- Support sales and account teams with business-building ideas and POVs on future transformation.
Sales & Go-To-Market for Boston Region
- Work with the portfolio head to identify opportunities within the Boston portfolio.
- Deepen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive business and identify new opportunities for new customers.
- Support acceleration of revenue for key customers.
- Lead client conversations and solutioning for those accounts.
- Deliver revenue targets for the Boston region.
