Must Have
JD of Launch Planning Associate
• Establish Collaborative Frameworks
Engage with the launch team to define and align on effective ways of working, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols.
• Develop and Validate Launch Plan/Label Updates
Create a comprehensive launch plan, outlining key milestones. Coordinate with functional leads to validate associated action items and ensure alignment across teams.
• Support Launch Readiness Reviews (LRRs) and Generate Asset Status Report (ASR)
Generate asset status report from Veeva PromoMats and provide oversight and coordination for LRRs, ensuring preparedness and timely execution of launch activities.
• Facilitate Launch Meetings
Lead launch-related meetings with regulatory reviewers by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, highlighting action items, and identifying interdependencies to drive accountability and progress.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Communications
Manage communications related to launch milestones, support scenario planning, and validate detailed minute-by-minute execution plans to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate on Day 0 Execution
Partner with functional leads to define Day 0 activities, establish timelines, and monitor progress to ensure seamless execution. Coordinate and lead live reviews in designated meeting spaces
• Provide Ongoing Launch Oversight
Offer continuous guidance on the launch plan, including:
• Timeline and Progress Tracking
• Reporting, Change Control, RAID Log Management, and Mitigation Planning
• Capture Post-Launch Insights
Document key performance indicators (KPIs), gather post-launch feedback, and lead postmortem sessions to identify learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive Engagement and Continuous Improvement
Actively participate in weekly meetings, sharing insights, feedback, and pain points to inform process enhancements and foster a culture of collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project management, product launches, cross-functional program coordination, and understanding of MLR approval process.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Experience with tools such as Veeva PromoMats, Box, JIRA, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs, change control processes, and milestone tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in facilitating meetings, preparing executive-level documentation, and managing cross-functional communications.
• Experience in scenario planning and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with senior leadership and functional leads.
