Role: Associate Project Manager – Data Analytics
Experience Required: 6 - 9 years


Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our organization's Patient Services team. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design innovative solutions that enhance patient experiences and improve healthcare outcomes.
The candidate should be comfortable handling, managing, and prioritizing multiple workstreams at one time. This work would include communicating between stakeholders, immediate team members, and 3rd party vendors.

•    Designing, Wireframing and Prototyping
•    Scope and Backlog Management
•    Estimations and Implementation Planning
•    Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA&QC)
•    Change Management
•    Risk and Dependencies Management
•    Escalation Management
•    Stakeholder Communication Management
•    Develop, maintain and improve new and existing BI solutions and software for Commercial/ Market Access functions
•    Conduct business workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design, development, testing and deployment activities.
•    Translate business requirements for delivery teams by analyzing and profiling various internal or external datasets (patient, pharmacy, etc.).
•    Collaborate and effectively communicate with business and technical teams
•    Manage and refine product requirement backlog.
•    Drive requirement prioritization with business and functional partners.
•    Scheduling all necessary meetings with copious follow-up on meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
•    Participate in data and application governance boards


Required Skills & Experience
•    Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, healthcare management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
•    6 - 9 years of overall experience in program management of managing analytical platforms like Tableau
•    Should have familiarity with 867, claims, and IQVIA data. Patient Support data is a plus.
•    Should be experienced with SQL and data profiling and should be familiar with Tableau and its capabilities.

Nice to have: 
•    Qualification: MBA
•    Min 6-10 yrs. of exp in Project management & 5+yrs of exp in client facing role
•    Superior communication skills  
•    Should have managed large teams
•    Proficient in financial concepts.
•    Life science / pharma background would be mandatory
•    Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and manage client’s expectations 
•    Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills
•    Good negotiation skills 
•    Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities 
•    Structured thinking and articulation
•    Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders "
