Must Have

Brand Liaison

As a Brand Liaison, you will play an integrative role - acting as a strategic single point of contact and connector across brand, creative, digital, regulatory and offshore delivery teams. You will drive success through structured collaboration, process oversight, market-level prioritization, and cultural enablement across content production, web development, and campaign execution.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the dedicated Liaison for assigned brands or markets—coordinating across brand leads, AORs, channel owners, and delivery units.
  • Enable in-market alignment by facilitating country-level campaign planning and localization discussions.
  • Foster strong relationships with brand and marketing stakeholders to align on customer experience objectives, message relevance, and omnichannel strategy.

2. Brief Management & Intake Coordination

  • Lead a consistent intake process across Content, Web, and Campaigns.
  • Ensure briefs are complete, technically feasible, and aligned with execution needs.
  • Prioritize requests based on business impact, complexity, and readiness.

3. Project Oversight & Delivery Governance

  • Manage timelines, handovers, dependencies, and track deliverables across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor performance metrics including content performance, landing page readiness, campaign throughput, CSAT etc.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery across deliverables like websites, emails, banners, PDFs, journeys, automations etc.
  • Ensures adherence to PAAB and ASC guidelines during content production, with a focus on operational execution rather than strategic planning.

4. Campaign Planning, Execution & Performance

  • Collaborate with brands on campaign planning and market-level execution priorities.
  • Advise on technical setup, journey logic, audience segmentation, and channel selection.
  • Track in-campaign performance, extract insights with analytics partners, and suggest optimizations.

5. Financial & Operational Reporting

  • Maintain production trackers, rate cards, and retainer logs.
  • Report on planned vs actual spend, SLAs, and delivery KPIs.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions on budget reallocation and resource planning based on volume trends.

Candidate Profile

Location:

  • Onshore: Toronto, Canada

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, operations, or client services.
  • 5+ years in the pharma/healthcare industry preferred.
  • Experience across CMS, campaign automation platforms (Veeva, SFMC, Adobe, etc.), and web development tools.
  • Strong track record in stakeholder management, campaign planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent presentation, communication in English (mandatory) [local language (for in-market roles), if applicable]
  • Ability to manage technical recommendations, deliverables across service lines, and insights generation.
  • Familiar with Canadian regulatory guidelines such as PAAB, with a focus on adherence during content production.
