Job Description

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Associate Manager / Manager - Omnichannel Analytics to lead analytics delivery across multiple life sciences brands. This role is responsible for owning insight generation, ensuring delivery quality, and driving actionable recommendations that influence marketing and business decisions. 

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor, structured thinking, and executive-level communication, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Must Have

Key Responsibilities 

1. Analytics Delivery & Insight Generation 

Lead end-to-end analytics delivery across campaigns, channels, and brand initiatives 
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations 

Ensure all outputs answer: 

What changed? 
Why did it change? 
So what? 
What should we do next? 

Drive consistency and quality across recurring deliverables (monthly reads, campaign analyses) 

 

2. Client & Stakeholder Management 

Serve as a primary point of contact for brand, media, and digital stakeholders 
Lead client readouts with clarity, confidence, and structured storytelling 
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities 
Build trusted advisor relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery 

 

3. Test & Learn / Experimentation 

Design and evaluate test & control experiments across media and marketing initiatives 
Translate experiment results into business impact (e.g., script lift, patient starts, engagement) 
Partner with data science teams to ensure methodological rigor and scalability 

 

4. Team Leadership & Delivery Governance 

Manage and mentor offshore analysts and data science resources 

Ensure: 

High data accuracy and QC standards 
Clear tasking and timelines 
Strong first-pass analyses 
Establish and enforce delivery discipline: 
Structured updates (status, risks, next steps) 
High-quality pre-reads 
Minimal rework cycles 


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Partner with campaign operations, media, and strategy teams to ensure: 
Data alignment 
Measurement clarity 
Smooth execution workflows 
Resolve ambiguities and drive end-to-end accountability 

 

6. Capability Building & Standardization 

Contribute to development of: 
Analytics playbooks 
Insight frameworks 
Reporting standards 
Drive best practices in insight generation, storytelling, and measurement

Required Qualifications 

Experience 

5-8 years (Associate Manager) / 8-10 years (Manager) in: 
Commercial analytics / marketing analytics / consulting 
Experience in life sciences, pharma, or healthcare analytics strongly preferred 


Core Skills 

Strong analytical foundation: 
SQL (required) 
Python/R (preferred) 
Experience with: 
Campaign performance analytics 
Digital/media measurement 
Claims / patient-level data (preferred) 
Proven ability to translate data into business insights 

 

Test & Control Expertise 

Hands-on experience designing and interpreting: 
A/B tests 
Matched market tests 
Incrementality studies 
Ability to connect results to business outcomes 
 

Communication & Leadership 

Strong structured thinking and executive-level communication 
Ability to lead client conversations with clarity and confidence 
Experience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
