Omnichannel Operations Delivery Consultant
Domain expertise: Pharma
You will be responsible for:
• Be the main point of contact and partner with the brand team and the delivery/campaign operations and execution
• Gather and document detailed campaign requirements by partnering closely with brand teams, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between brand teams and execution teams, translating strategic goals into actionable Workfront tasks and campaign briefs.
• Use Workfront to manage and track campaign projects, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with brand managers, campaign leads, and digital operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign specifications, timelines, and stakeholder inputs in Workfront and other relevant systems.
• Support Legal/Medical/Regulatory (LMR) review process if needed, ensuring campaign assets are submitted, tracked, and approved in a timely manner.
• Monitor project progress in Workfront, proactively flagging delays or issues and helping drive resolution with the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve workflows and processes, particularly around requirement gathering and campaign execution.
• Participate in project status meetings and provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on campaign progress and roadblocks.
• Ensure alignment with marketing technology platforms and help validate that campaign requirements can be supported by available tools and systems.
Must Have
- You have around 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, business analysis, or digital strategy, with a strong focus on requirement gathering and documentation.
- You’re skilled at working with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders, capturing their needs, and translating them into clear, actionable campaign specifications.
- You bring a consultative approach, with the ability to ask the right questions, identify gaps, and help guide teams toward effective solutions.
- You have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, campaign workflows, and project management, ideally within regulated industries like pharmaceuticals.
- You’re an effective project coordinator, able to manage timelines, track deliverables, and align teams around shared objectives.
- You have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and are comfortable distilling complex ideas into well-organized documentation.
- You are highly organized, with solid planning, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- You understand or have experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory (LMR) review process and how to navigate it in campaign planning.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
