Role: Operations Lead -  Commercial Excellence


Job Description:

You will be responsible to 
•    Owning the end-to-end GTM operations rhythm — pipeline tracking, deal governance, meeting cadences, and commercial reporting run through you 
•    Managing RFP and proposal cycles — tracking deadlines, owners, and submission status across multiple concurrent opportunities; nothing gets missed 
•    Running recurring commercial syncs — agenda prepared in advance, action items tracked to closure, summaries circulated within 24 hours 
•    Preparing leadership briefing materials — sharp, concise one-pagers before every significant client or internal meeting 
•    Maintaining the deal tracker — weekly updates, stuck deals flagged proactively, commercial numbers owned and defended 
•    Governing deck and presentation quality — tracking upcoming meetings, coordinating with presenters ahead of time, ensuring materials are ready and reviewed before they go out 
•    Account monitoring — tracking engagement status across accounts, flagging inactivity before it becomes a problem 
•    Building and running operational systems that work without hand-holding — if the system depends on you being in the room, it is not yet a system


Desired Profile: 
•    MBA from a recognized institution 
•    4–6 years post-MBA experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial strategy 
•    Proven ownership of a commercial operations system — not contribution, ownership; the system should have run because of you, not around you 
•    Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with hard deadlines simultaneously 
•    Active daily use of GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent) 
•    Strong written communication — briefing notes, meeting summaries, and status updates need to be sharp without a second pass 
•    Comfortable engaging with and managing up to senior leadership on a regular basis
