Job Description

Purpose:

• Experience owning site payments in a biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics environment

• Strong understanding of investigator payments, reconciliation, and payment issue resolution

• Experience supporting clinical budgets and contracts is a plus

• Comfortable working independently in a sponsor-embedded environment

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site payments from generation through reconciliation and closeout

• Handle site payment inquiries and resolve arising discrepancies

• Support monthly reconciliations and payment tracking

• Process Investigator payments

• Work with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams

• Supporting budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed

• Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.

Your Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in investigator grant payments, clinical trial finance, site finance, or related operations.

Experience supporting global programs and client or sponsor stakeholders is preferred.
