Job Description – Junior Graphic Designer - Paris

 

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to complement our team, working for our client within the pharmaceutical industry. 

Must have visual communication skills including: graphic design, layout and typography, who is comfortable in multiple workstream environments.  Will execute on a variety of digital, on-line and print deliverables which include websites, banners, Interactive PDF’s, interactive visual aids, brochures, product packaging.
The role will be aligned to support delivery of our client’s omnichannel strategy, focused on digital and print content and implementing of best practices. The Junior Designer will support the omnichannel program of the client and as such, there is a focus is on asset adaptation and rapid refresh for their omnichannel strategy. 


Job Description:
•    Designing diverse digital, on-line web/ mobile and print deliverables such as Visual-Aids, Websites, Brochures, Snippets, Posters, logos, Web Banners, Interactive PDF’s, E- learning Modules & Covers for products and services
•    Solid concepting and design chops plus interactive expertise
•    Work in partnership with the design and copy teams, along with the brand, project management and production teams on briefs, and project deliverables
•    Execute on the creative direction and design concepts, develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables and have the ability to communicate ideas
•    Ensuring consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development
•    Thorough understanding and ability to closely follow the branding/asset guidelines and apply them on designs.
•    Knowledge of responsive design principles
•    Develop frames and graphics as per client brand guidelines and meet the quality metrics as per client requirements. 
•    Good hands-on knowledge of the tools, techniques, software, knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required
•    Ability to develop color palettes, stylesheets as per directions 
•    Pharma or similarly regulated industry experience preferred

Ideal Profile:
Should possess 1-3+ years digital and print design experience ideally including User Interface design, with a mix of agency and client-side experience
•    Expertise with Full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and additional platforms such as Figma, JIRA and Sketch a plus.
•    Should possess excellent design skills and sophisticated use of colour and in-depth domain knowledge
•    Working knowledge of video editing and ideally motion graphics/SFX - Adobe Premiere Pro and preferably also After Effects is beneficial
•    Should have an excellent eye for detail, be well organized and timeline driven.
•    Should possess good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask
•    Educational Background – Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant years of experience. Preferably Fine Arts Graduation.
•    Familiarity with/working knowledge of UI/UX Design would be a distinct advantage.
•    Candidate should reside within commutable distance of Paris, this is a hybrid position with three days in the office required
•    Should be proficient with Business English and native oral and written fluency in local language French.
