Virtual Clinical Trial Nurse Coordinator – Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) trial recruitment

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible hours across time zones

Role Overview

As a Virtual Clinical Trial Nurse Coordinator, you'll be the compassionate bridge between patients and life-changing research.  You'll guide generalized Myasthenia Gravis (MG) patients through every step of the clinical trial process — Entirely from the comfort of your home.  You will be given the necessary training and support.  You may assist other trials in the future.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth pre-screening and confirm inclusion/exclusion criteria.
  • Guide patients through e-consent and explain trial procedures in simple, empathetic language.
  • Coordinate site visits, scheduling, and support patients in the patient trial recruitment journey.
  • Maintain detailed GCP-compliant records in our CRM.
  • Provide ongoing support: symptom triage, adherence reminders, and retention follow-ups.
  • Actively collaborate with PM Team for transparent communication and timely reporting

Requirements

  • Active RN license and BSN required; CNRN or clinical research certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of Neurology or Autoimmune nursing experience (MG, MS, ALS, etc.).
  • Strong telehealth/virtual care background with CRM and EHR proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly.
  • Bilingual preferred – English and Spanish
  • Must be U.S.-based with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
