Must Have

The Senior Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and drive brand awareness. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and team management to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns across multiple digital channels. The Senior Digital Strategy Manager will work closely with key stakeholders, lead a team of digital experts, and ensure the seamless execution of digital initiatives that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Strategy Leadership & Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support business goals, focusing on driving engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty across digital touchpoints.
•    Cross-Channel Campaign Oversight: Spearhead multi-channel campaigns (e.g., SEM, SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more), ensuring they align with overarching marketing objectives and deliver optimal results.
•    Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor for clients and senior leadership, working directly with them to develop and refine digital strategies that address business challenges and growth opportunities.
•    Performance Analysis & Optimization: Oversee the measurement and analysis of campaign performance using key metrics, ensuring continuous optimization and real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and achieve desired business outcomes.
•    Data-Driven Insights & Strategy: Utilize advanced data analytics to drive actionable insights, optimize customer segmentation, and improve campaign targeting and personalization strategies.
•    Innovation & Best Practices: Champion the adoption of innovative digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing excellence.
•    Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
•    Content Strategy & Execution: Work closely with content teams to ensure the development of high-quality, customer-centric content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
•    Budget & Resource Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and maximizing campaign performance within financial constraints.
•    Strategic Reporting & Communication: Lead the reporting process for digital initiatives, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and clients, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
•    Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product, sales, data, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, driving alignment across all organizational functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Experience: 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a strategy-focused leadership role.
•    Expertise in Digital Channels: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, social media, email marketing, etc.).
•    Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and performance measurement capabilities, with the ability to use data to optimize digital campaigns and drive business outcomes.
•    Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing digital marketing teams, providing direction and mentorship while ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
•    Client-Facing Expertise: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients and senior leadership in meaningful discussions about digital strategies and results.
•    Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
•    Creative Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively, ensuring digital initiatives not only meet but exceed business objectives and audience expectations.
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Desirable Skills:
•    Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe, Marketo).
•    Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital experience optimization.
•    Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
•    Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, depending on the industry.
