Program Operations Coordinator
BioPharm Communications
The Program Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the department across all BioPharm’s Expert Perspectives and Conference Reporter campaigns. Note this is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days a week in office in New Hope, PA.
Administrative Support
• Create and manage department purchase orders
• Maintain invoice tracker
• Flexible general support of team, as needed
Program Support
• Updates to the Master Content Flow Tracker
• Coordinate with editorial team on article review and approval process with Experts
• Updates to program tracker, as needed
• Updates to program management tool (Workfront), as needed
• Support with launching new programs in Workfront, as needed
Print Support
• Assist team to identify journals for Expert Perspectives® and Conference Reporter® print issues
• Coordinate placement with the journal
• Support in uploading print files to printer
• Publisher and printer correspondence
Qualifications / Essential Skills
• The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of administrative experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask
• Must be a team player and effectively interact with staff at all levels of the company
• Must have ability to work independently when necessary
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency in Survey Monkey and Workfront, not required but a plus
