Role: Pharma Domain - Business Domain Expert, Lead
Description:
• Provide strategic insights and guidance on commercial operations, including sales promotion (SP), sales development (SD), external sales (IQVIA, Komodo), and patient services, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives, ensuring seamless execution and consistent messaging, particularly with field sales teams interacting with HCPs.
• Understand patient services programs (Copay/Verification etc) to enhance patient engagement, adherence, and overall experience, such as patient assistance programs and support initiatives, leveraging data to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including digital agencies to drive FIA, Spend Reconciliation and technology vendors, to strengthen commercial operations and support initiatives with regional and local health systems.
• Serve as a key liaison between marketing, sales, medical, IT, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts, facilitating collaboration across US Commercial teams.
• Prepare documentation for high level business stake holders (VP/CFO) with business outcomes
