Role: Pharma Commercial Excellence & Insights Lead


Responsibilities
1.    Strategic Guidance: Provide expert insights on commercial operations, including internal sales, external sales (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo), and patient services data, Digital and Omnichannel data ensuring alignment with marketing strategies to drive business objectives.
2.    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, medical, IT, and analytics teams to align strategies, ensuring seamless execution and consistent messaging, particularly for field sales teams engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). 
3.    Insights and Analysis: Partner with Brand Teams and Customer Engagement teams to provide Insights using Reporting and Performance Insights.
4.    Patient Services Expertise: Leverage knowledge of patient services programs (e.g., Copay/Verification, patient assistance programs) to enhance patient engagement, adherence, and overall experience, using data to optimize outcomes.
5.    External Partner Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with digital agencies for File Interface Agreements (FIA), Spend Reconciliation, and technology vendors to support commercial operations and regional/local health system initiatives.
6.    Liaison Role: Act as a key liaison across US Commercial teams, facilitating collaboration and integration of efforts to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
7.    Stakeholder Documentation: Prepare high-level documentation for senior stakeholders (e.g., VP/CFO), presenting clear, actionable business outcomes and strategic recommendations.
