Manager – Campaign Operations
You will be responsible for:
Manage and improvise on overall digital project profitability and budgets through scope management, monitoring forecast and budget hours, managing billing based on contracted terms and ensuring timely client approvals productivity and revenue conversion of surplus hours, capacity and reducing cycle times
Achieve high degree of client satisfaction through execution & delivery of digital projects involving multiple digital channels like SEO, social media, programmatic, etc.
Improve the quality of proposals and increase the ratio of RFP's to RFQ's for large projects, be involved in time / effort estimates
Manage projects for cost adherence and variance / deviations and revenue projections (+, - 10% deviations in all projects)
Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Anticipate client-side bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication
Demonstrate the capability of managing multiple projects independently
Manage multifunctional teams and build a conducive work atmosphere
Secure assets, conduct review meetings and obtain and document feedback to ensure timely completion of projects
Generate cross selling and up-selling opportunities, and building sales leads through a regular process

About you:
Hands on experience in project and operations management; client servicing in digital space; account management, service management, business analysis & consulting
Prior Experience on projects involving digital channels and in life sciences domain would be a plus
Must have strong people management and inter personal skills
Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
Should have passion for networking and staying updated on the latest industry trend & technological advancement and relate it to various projects
Must have:
7+ years of experience with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA + MBA/PGDM
