Must Have


Program manager

•    Provide Program Management support for assigned Product Launch. Serve as a key business partner for in developing core strategies and meeting product launch goals while operating with a strategic, cross-functional mindset
•    Coordinates cross-functional team activities, deliverables and supports business leaders and project stakeholders in driving cross-functional alignment. Structures team meetings and discussions to drive good decision-making practices. Ensures effective management of meetings including scheduling, agendas, minutes, action item follow-up.
•    Responsible for partnering with teams to align key messages and deliverables and navigate the governance process effectively to manage deliverable timelines.
•    Develops / Supports development of project plans and drives aligned execution for functional components. In partnership with team leads, drives development of creation of deliverable plans and strategy, and to translate asset strategy into execution. Maintains awareness of upcoming deliverables as a part of launch timeline. 
•    Proactively identifies challenges or potential issues and risks for execution among cross-functional teams, managing or escalating as appropriate.
•    Ensure accurate and timely tracking and reporting of deliverables and identification, communication and management of responsibilities and partners with stakeholders to ensure appropriate and accurate tracking and reporting of team deliverable timelines.
•    Maintains operational awareness of the team and ensures appropriate team document management practices and repository of key program information for all stakeholders.
•    Actively participates in the advancement of Program Management and asset development at client location. Seek learnings from other teams and share best practices to increase effectiveness within the client model.  Seek process improvement opportunities and participate as needed in developing and implementing change. 
•    Exhibits a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative, and compliance.
•    Continuous innovation: refine and optimize existing processes (e.g. asset handoffs,  checklists), operating procedures, capabilities, industry best practices, and metrics
•    Provide consulting/ advisory to brands on guidelines, designs, build process and overall optimization through content development lifecycle
•    Problem-solve, help realign teams. Manage escalations, complete corrective action procedural requests and System Lifecycle Documentation. 
•    Provides oversight to Indegene’s CLM production delivery for the client
•    Support quarterly reviews with client & helps set goals for continued improvement
•    Organize and execute ongoing needs assessments
•    To have Lifesciences experience preferably with a Large Pharma and launching pharma brands.
