Job Description
This role acts as the point of contact for assigned brand stakeholders (internal and external) for low priority brands.
• Primary point of contact for Agencies, Marketing, Reviewers, and RC Captain for operations process and expertise
• Day-to-day POC for review and approval system assistance and issue resolution
• Brand level BAU operational support for content review and approval processes – stakeholder questions, issue resolution on process, policy and process guidance
• Circulate guidance and policy changes across brand teams and agency partners
• Training and onboarding support for internal and external stakeholders on process and systems
• Manage RC Scheduler Agenda dissemination, manage Live meeting invites
• Voice of the customer to the Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS)
• Provide metrics, data, and timely feedback to RC Captains to ensure efficient live meeting process
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of planned absences of RC members
Must Have
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Project management skills and experience preferred
- General understanding of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional related experience on a year-for-year basis. Alternatively, candidates with an associate degree and two additional years of related experience may also be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. A minimum of four years of related experience without a bachelor’s degree would also be acceptable.
- 2–3 years of experience in client engagement, consulting, program management, or service delivery
- Experience working with global biopharmaceutical or healthcare clients
