Role: Project Coordinator
Must Have
- Work with Business Units to understand needs, goals, and objectives for content development and quality medical review and define outcomes
- Define, manage, and track timelines for content key milestones and update the same Adobe Workfront
- Follow up and hold key stakeholders accountable for Speed, Quality & Timelines for tactics being developed
- Partner with Strategic Content Leaders, MedComms Project Managers, GMAO and business partners on End-End management of Medical Affairs content
- Keep Project data in Adobe Workfront up to date while syncing the same with Capacity Planner and other platforms, as applicable as we will be operating in two systems with the transition from Wrike to Adobe Workfront.
Qualification
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Project Management and stakeholder Management skills
- Hands-on experience on platforms, tools, and MS Office suite
- Decent understanding of Medical Affairs function and tactics development life cycle and processes (MLR process)
Compensation & Benefits Transparency Statement
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including:
- Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost‑of‑labor differences)
- Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role
- Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels
What This Means for You
- The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 5).
- The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2).
- Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location.

Your individual compensation is based on your specific pay area, hire date, performance trajectory, and internal equity.
