Experience Required: 7 -10 year

Location: New York

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing US Patient Services programs and hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC CRM) implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless rollout of CRM solutions.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams — business, IT, and operations — to deliver compliant, high-impact technology solutions that enhance patient and HCP experience.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SFHC CRM solutions for US Patient Services programs.
•    Work closely with business stakeholders, CRM architects, and development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
•    Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality parameters.
•    Ensure timely and successful rollout of patient service programs.
•    Drive requirement workshops and translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
•    Manage onshore–offshore coordination, ensuring clear communication and delivery alignment.
•    Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-launch stabilization phases.
•    Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to client stakeholders.
•    Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and pharma regulatory standards.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and patient experience.

Required Skills & Experience:
•    7–10 years of total experience, with at least 3–5 years in project management of CRM implementations for US Pharma Patient Services.
•    Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC CRM) – preferably leading implementation or rollout projects.
•    Deep understanding of US Patient Services workflows.
•    Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
•    Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA/Confluence.
•    Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills.
•    Ability to handle project financials, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Preferred Skills:
•    Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Health Cloud Consultant, or Project Manager Specialist) are a plus.
•    Prior experience in pharma CRM transformations or large-scale patient services rollouts.
•    Knowledge of data migration, system integrations (EHR, HCP portals, CRM).
•    Experience working in a client-facing onshore role with offshore delivery teams.

Soft Skills:
•    Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities.
•    Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
•    Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
