Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate client programs involving multiple functional teams. The Project Manager acts as the central communication node with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution from setup through delivery.

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
A. Pre-Project Initiation:
Internal Stakeholder Alignment:
Coordinate with Business Units (BUs) for activities, pricing, dependencies, and timelines.
Facilitate meetings to resolve scope overlaps.
Run internal update meetings to ensure team alignment.
Vendor & Partner Onboarding:
Integrate vendors into planning, creating tailored swim lanes.
Set up issue resolution channels.
Client Engagement & Planning:
Establish relationships with client stakeholders and set communication touchpoints.
Manage client inquiries and scope changes, connecting with internal teams as needed.
Provide weekly launch updates to clients, highlighting key components.
Identify client requirements for their investment community.
Launch Planning & Operational Setup:
Compile BU launch details in project tools (e.g., Monday, MS Projects); create Gantt charts for tracking.
Validate inputs with strategy teams and arrange follow-ups.
Provide ongoing budget updates, including comprehensive cost estimates.
Maintain SharePoint for planning materials.
Document meetings, action items, and decisions.
B. Post Project Initiation:
Project Execution & Oversight:
Act as liaison between client and internal teams.
Facilitate status meetings and communicate updates transparently.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Align deliverables and resources across BUs.
Lead workshops with clients and stakeholders.
Program Governance:
Establish governance frameworks and track progress against milestones.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Coordinate internal reviews and manage client approvals.
Ensure compliance and quality standards.
Change Management:
Manage scope changes and update plans to keep stakeholders aligned.
Budget Management:
Track budget utilization and invoicing to avoid overspending.
