You will be responsible for: 
Job Description

Leading projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Scoping tasks, phases and projects with input from multiple resources, estimations
Development and management of project timelines and project plans
Identification and mitigation of project risks, time to time
Validation and presentation of project deliverables
Assurance of quality of deliverables and operations of managed resources
Technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications
Understands challenges & dependencies associated with a CMS implementation project like Sitecore, Drupal, AEM etc.
Identifies risks associated with integration requirements for a web development project (e.g. UI & CMS component)
Schedules and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely delivery 
Ensures that challenges and issues faced by technical team is accurately conveyed to all stakeholders
Establishment of close working relationships with internal team members
Keep the communication warm and complete all the time all the internal and external stakeholders/ customers
Track record of executing the web development projects in SLA driven committed delivery model
Work on solutions for clients based on the scope of regular deliverables; provide resource planning, effort estimation and project execution plan
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and provide new solutions or enhancement to the existing deliverables
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Anticipating key account changes and improvements
Prepare project costing and budgeting for approval from internal stakeholders using pre-set templates and share it with the assigned stakeholders for client sign-off"

10+ years of total experience with 6+ years in project management (certified scrum master is desirable but not necessary)
Knowledge of Web development, DevOps and Cloud native application 
Assertive and good communication skills
Experience working with CMS systems like Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, AEM, etc.
Knowledge of the complete SDLC of the web development and handling possible integrations with cross functional teams
Project management experience within an agency environment utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies
Experience of project management software to create project plans, assign resources, monitor project progress and track expenses
Ability to manage and execute on multiple tasks within established deadlines
Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
Experience in handling international customers where effective communication & handling the situation is the key
