Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Project Management professional to complement the team, working for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, client relations, project management and critical thinking skills along with high cultural awareness to effectively lead and deliver projects supported by a globally based multi-cultural team. The Project Manager will also work
closely with the in-house creative team, agency partners, our preferred suppliers and internal
cross-functional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of assets.
Job Description:
• Work directly with the client and internal production teams - onshore and offshore - to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
• Coordinate project delivery by the internal creative team comprising of creative designers, multimedia specialists, copywriters, and production partners
• Act as a subject matter expert throughout the production lifecycle, alongside the account team and client delivery managers - from requirements gathering through final delivery
• Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including production milestones, risk management, and resolution
• Work directly with key stakeholders and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches
• Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnerships
• Responsible for ensuring delivery excellence and timely delivery of assets
• Responsible for the administrative oversight as required
• Create and maintain SOPs and daily/weekly/monthly status reports
Ideal Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
• 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or advertising agency in the Pharmaceutical/Life science domain with 3+ years of experience managing digital assets being preferred
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience preferred
• Experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships across various stakeholders including brand and partner teams (internal and external), and experience with mentoring teams
• Has strong capability using JIRA or similar platforms for project management and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, and is
exceptionally organized
• Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
• Can prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups
• Multitasker with experience managing complex and concurrent projects within budget/timeline
• Possesses digital marketing and omnichannel campaign experience
